Is this normal

So lately i have been editing using premier pro for the first time and when i was exporting the video i check that my rtx 3070 usage is around 96-98% and the temperature is getting to around 60-65c° same with my cpu althought the cpu usage isn't that high in around the 11-25% but the temperature is around 73c° is this normal

 

I use a ryzen 5950x +noctua nh d 15 

The gpu is rtx 3070 msi gaming x trio

Doesn't seem horrible, gpu is fine, cpu is a tad warm.  Whats the ambient temperature in your room?

In my room its around 16-24c°

But do you have any idea why it at almost 100% usage

Do you have GPU acceleration enabled?

Do a cinebench run and see what temps the 5950x gets.

 

Also what case do you have?

Corsair 4000d with 3 ll 120 fans on the front and stock fans at the back

Then what do you expect? If you use gpu acceleration, you want the gpu to be at 100%.
