So my nan has been very generous and has gave my family about £250 and with my current amount of money that means i have £350 to spend on whatever i want. I want to build the best server for games (TF2 and Minecraft) and a file server which has 2TB Could someone give me some options of what parts i could use for this build. I've heard intel is very good for minecraft.

I would go with the build that @HeathCliff reccommended except without the GPU. The money saved by not getting the GPU can be spent on more RAM or a better CPU which is much more beneficial for a server

the title says game/file/web server so you want to game on it to or not ?

If you want to use it as a server you can have something like this.

It has a built in gpu for if you want to use it as htpc in future.

 

also low latency ram is good for using in server

bronze 80+ psu since this thing will run 24/7 i think?

and a 3TB hdd for max storage but if you stretch your money limit or get a 2TB WD red they are made for running 24/7.
