Lightroom Crashing on Startup

Hi,

My adobe lightroom (5.4) is crashing immediately whenever i open it (error message below).

It was working fine until i updated it last week, where i updated it, then started having issues.

Computer, drivers, creative cloud and Lightroom are all fully updated. My other adobe apps alll work, its just lightroom.

The IT department suggested downgrading and reupgrading Lightroom's software, uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud, using creative cloud repairer and updating Visual C ++. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled my AMD graphics drivers

Any suggestions on how to fix this are greatly appreciated!
