Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

current pc:             

i7- 4770

16gb generic ram 2100mhz

gt 1030 ddr4

 

 i need reccomendations for motherboard and cpu inless you have an idea for a full pc. i DO NOT have a pc currently than i can upgrade or take parts from, the parts i have thought of so far for my budget pc build is a gtx 1650 and 16gb of ram, the cpu i have found but dont really want to use is ryzen 3 1200. i would like ideas for full pcs or help to continue this build. none of the parts ive said are final but there just what i found on my own

t that budget I would continue using the 4770 and just get the fastest GPU it can handle. I'd get an rx 6600 on ebay.  In the US they're going as low as $200, so in engerlund You should be able to pull one at a similar price.  There should be a lot of them on eBay as many people who bought one as a stopgap last winter are selling them with literally only a few months of usage.

 

What PSU is this system using?

sorry for the late reply I cant take any of my parts from my old system as i am repurposing it as something else
