You could try using gpu-z which is software which allows to verify identity of card

Does not look like any MSI card I've seen. MSI would definitely also slap their logo there.

 

I've tried to search for multiple RTX 3070 brands but havent found any that looks like this. Can't you just plug it in and use sGPU-Z to find out?

Then it's an OEM Lenovo GPU

It says "Made in China" so maybe a chinese brand that you've never heard of
