problem with the os not detecting the built in speakers in a dell inspiron 15 7569

I have a old dell inspiron 15 7569 that my family bought and i was messing around with it, but then i realize that no sound will work. i am live booting kali on it and windows but neither have working sound decides if i do reboot in the terminal on kali it does make a beep, but otherwise no audio will work. Also bluetooth audio does work tho.

While I haven't worked on an Inspiron before, we buy exclusively Dell desktops where I work. I would visit the Dell support site, enter your Service Tag, and make sure you've got all the latest audio drivers.

i updated all of the drivers and still doesnt detect any sort of audio device
