Plan later when you actually have the money. Parts and prices change frequently so any parts list you come up with now will likely be obsolete by the time you're ready to buy.

Id personally swap out your RAM for some Cas Latency 7 and also swap out your PSU for a Semi/Full Modular one, full modulars are so much easier to work with. But thats just me

RAM is RAM (I know, it's ugly), the GPU here is quite a bit more powerful and the SSD will allow for faster boot times and overall better system responsiveness.

That's a great build. Just get and SSD and if it's for gaming I might consider a better GPU but other than that it's a great build.
