PC stutter problem

HI everyone so I have a problem on my pc, so my pc while I was using it would just randomly freeze and any audio from it would sound like it was stuttering and like it was in slow motion or smt.

I've tried everything at this point resitting the RAM, took out the CPU to check the socket, remount the cooler, deleting any suspicious software but the problem is still here. I'm suspecting that its the psu problem or a software problem but I'm not sure.Anything would help.

i7 8700

2666 MHz RAM 8x2

TUF B360M-PLUS Gaming S

280 AIO

Asus GTX 1060 6G

Corsair vs550

Samsung 870 evo ssd+2 HDD
