Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

decided to finally dive in and build a gaming pc. right now looking at ryzen 5800x, a RTX 3080, but i was also curious if i should down grade to a 3070. I already have needed peripherals that I was using with my old laptop so those wont affect budget. Planning to use 1 or 2 4k monitors i got from a friend.

my currently planned list is here https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/x7NFmr

I wanted to buy the GPU, Case, and case fans used and the one I added to the list where the ones I saw in my area and was intrested in buying. Any advice, tips would be appreciated. Thank you 😄
