Hi,
I bought a MSI 770 Gaming edition a few months back, I'm intending to water cool my cpu soon and was wondering how would be the best way ( if its possible) to water cool this card as well?
I can't find a full cover/ water-block for it but was wondering if any for different brands/ non reference variants work for this card.
If anyone could shed some light on this it would be really helpful
Thanks
James

Doubt there is a block for that specific card, however there is the alternative of a Kraken G10 or one of EK's GPU core block. My recommendation will be to wait till your next upgrade cycle and the watercool that if you still feel the need to.

EK might have a block for that, I know they do of the ASUS cards. Check them out!

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

its just that the gpus universal blocks don't look great. i might see if i can get one custom mad but it would be ludicrously expensive

welcome to the LinusTechTips Forums!

really the best advise i can lend is to sell your 770 card and purchase the reference

or step up 780 reference. you'll spend too much on one-off custom and when you

change to a different card, it'll more than likely not fit your next purchase. so resale

will be detrimental in cost recovery.

and the G10 can have the same issues that not all non-reference PCBs can use

the NZXT G10.

good luck!
