Rx 6500 xt

This card has no redeeming qualities, do not get it unless it's half the cost of any other one of the cards.

The 3050 and 1660S perform about the same in most things, except the 3050 has RT cores. These can be useful for editing and other production tasks, but this heavily depends on the workload. The RX 6600 is by far the fastest GPU among these, but AMD's driver support in more production oriented stuff (Adobe, for instance, tends to hate working with AMD GPUs) is a fair bit worse than Nvidia's, plus Nvidia cards have features like CUDA which are very useful for certain production workloads.

Basically, look up your particular software and see what it uses. If it touches CUDA, get the 3050, if it runs fine on AMD cards, go for the 6600.

6600 is fastest overall , followed by 3050 OC , 1660 Super , 6500 XT

Like Ronothan says, if you use software that benefits from Cuda (and maybe nvidia's raytracing) and maybe use nvenc encoder for hardware encoding, you may want to trade some gaming performance and get more editing / rendering performance by going with the 3050.
