No matter what i try, i cant get rid of the "smartmanager" power plans, those are very annoying.

Ive got an Auros 17g kd laptop, and ive tried deleting the powerplans both in control panel and this way How to Delete or Restore Windows Power Plans - MajorGeeks  but after i restart, the powerplans are back. And everytime i unplug my laptop it automatically goes too smartmanager power saver, that is super annoying. Is there no fix?
