Installing New Fans Help

Go to solution Solved by Kaii_Kuro,

If you not bought fans then I'd highly recommend these. Lian li al120s  https://lian-li.com/product/uni-fan-al/. Daisy chain then together and you get only one fan and one rgb per 4 fans. I have a total of 10 fans running from 1 sata connector for power, 1 usb header for speed and one rgb header for pretty colours. They also do a 3 pack that comes with the controller required if you want to add loads.

Spotted you working in pounds...here is a site I bought mine from. Also their is a newer and sexier version. https://www.overclockers.co.uk/lian-li-uni-sl120-inf-addressable-rgb-black-120mm-fan-triple-pack-with-controller-fg-011-ll.html

So I want to install some fans to my PC as the case didn't come with any apart from the CPU cooler and I am struggling with all the setup.
The set of fans I want to buy are the CORSAIR LL Series 120 mm Case Fans starting with just two at the front and was looking at an installation guide video and turns out the fans have two cables coming from them: one to the RGB fan hub, and one to the motherboard itself. However the issue here is that my motherboard seems to only have 2 fan ports and one of them is being used by the CPU fan. Will I only be able to install 1 fan or do I have to get a splitter and connect 3 fans to the single port on the motherboard? Will a splitter remove the RGB capabilities of all the fans? Are there a set of fans/hubs that could make setting up the fans easier?
According to the guide both the Lighting Node PRO and the RGB Lighting Hub are required.

With my current setup my temps are around 34 degrees centigrade for the CPU and ~38 degrees C for the motherboard when running just Chrome but I want to make sure I can have gaming sessions of around 3 hours with little risk. Games include Minecraft, Apex Legends, and Elden Ring.

You shouldn't have bought Corsair fans, they need proprietary RGB fan hub which cost more than the fans...

For the fan header you can just get a splitter to link them and use only one fan header

Luckily I haven't bought them yet as I was too confused and didn't want to waste money. What brand should I go for? I only wanted Corsair cause my CPU cooler is already corsair and I didn't want to download even more software just to control fans.
