Either this belongs in graphics cards, or it belongs in displays. I'm not sure which, so I'm putting it here. I've been having this issue for a little bit but rethinking it. I used to run a Gigabyte 1050 TI in my system, and I display on two 4k TCL Roku Tv's. Then, I was having an issue with every time something considered a video would play, the screen would flash to black like it was changing resolution or something and then play normally. This would be if I was using Edge and I would go to Youtube or I could just simply click the window and move it somewhere else. Now, I have a Gigabyte 3080 OC and it still does this. Right just now, I was scrolling through the Xbox Gamepass app looking at a gam's pictures. The screen flashed to black for a split second and then came back on normally. Then I noticed a video was playing in the app. I have fresh drivers installed, all updates for Windows 11 (happened on W10 fully updated as well), and there seems to be no other issues with the system other than this. Could it be possible that frame limiting in Nvidia control panel is causing this? Could it be that I'm running Windows in 4k with HDR on both screens? Any answers would be appreciated. I know this isn't one of those problems seen every day, so I apologize for that.
