New ship (3D modeling+more)

I am sure there are a lot of you who have had a good idea for a ship and seeing as Star Citizen is super open to user submissions. Anyone with a modeling/art background interested in making a group to take a stab at creating a ship from the LTT community? I can say that I have a few ideas however I would love to see if there is any support for this idea.

This make me curious. Would big conglomerates like the LTT one be able to purchase/build like a capital ship, something where you could have like some people man launch fighters, some manage flight control, and some man ship turrets.  I am thinking like a 25 max crew ship or something with capability to launch like 10 fighters.
