Recently I have been having issues with my internet and it happens on and off at different times of the day.

Namely, sometimes chrome refuses to load certain pages. Stuck during loading, won't even show the error message asking to refresh.

Then when I stop the page, the page can sometimes immediately appear.

However, when I do a speedtest, I can get my usual speeds of around 80Mbps Up/Down.

This happens on Lan and wireless as well.

The only reason I can think of is that my ISP is throttling my bandwidth / not supplying enough bandwidth to my area so it throttles during peak hour.

But sometimes this can happen in the middle of the night at 2am.

It also happens if only 1 pc is connected to my network and across multiple systems all experiencing the same issue. No background network stuff running like torrents etc.

This is most noticeable when using chrome to browse the web.

So is this to do with my ISP or possibly something else?
