custopack font size help

i've installed custopack, pure beta, and i like it, but the default font sizes are really, too small for my 15" screen to read, and i've tried to increase it through windows control panel, but had no effect, how can i make the fonts on systems (ie, names in start menu)bigger?

and i quite liked the wall papers and the startup picture of giga 10, can i merge them?
