Pc won't boot.

So I ran a system restore and then my pc crashed. Booted up and got the blue screen of death. Went into advanced settings and tried to undo the restore and it failed to do so. Also won't boot into safe mode to try any of the safe mode fixes. Just goes to the stop code blue screen of death
