General question about rgb

So i use a software called SignalRGB and i was wondering would it damage my led's or in general if i have my led's at a fast speed like flashing or something like that would that damage them?

If you leave it flashing for weeks on end you might fry a led or two, but you'll likely get a horrible headache before that even happens.

 

All jokes aside, you should be fine making your leds flash quickly, as long as they're from a reputable manufacturer then you'll be fine.
