Do you have a budget in mind?

Do you want rack mount or tower?

Id probably go with something like a asrock rack board,  8 20tb hdds, ryzen 5600, 32gb of ram. Id probably go 10gbe here, as its gonna be pretty slow to copy 100TB over 1Gbe networking, but you will need switches and clients that can use it too.

And a board like this guy https://www.asrockrack.com/general/productdetail.asp?Model=X570D4U-2L2T#Specifications

What can I do to speed it up?

You need greater-than-Gigabit network infrastructure, at least a 10 Gigabit switch.

Your consoles will only have Gigabit, but you can at least hook your NAS and PC together with a couple 10 gig cards.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
