Hey all!

I'm hoping someone can shed a bit of light as to an issue I seem to have developed with my PC.

I get this strange display problem for about 5-8mins ish after a boot up, it can be a cold boot or just waking up from sleep mode.

I have replaced the GFX card, re-seated the ram, fully cleaned it all out, reinstalled my gfx drivers too. The only thing I have left to try is new DP cables, They should be arriving this week.

I've also ran stress tests on the CPU / RAM with no issues reported. I have tested both monitors on other devices with no issues, but they were using HDMI ports.

Any help / pointers would be massively appreciated.

Thanks

Donny

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, yeah I have tried both the monitors on a console and a laptop and that strange distortion doesn't happen, just turns on as normal.

I will give it a go plugging the PC into the TV downstairs though, I'd not thought of that, good idea!

Thanks!

Donny

Certainly monitor side, maybe the DP input(s) going flaky.

Try connecting your PC to it via HDMI instead of DP.
