So I just shipped my pc over to Italy from Canada as I moved countries and now my computer is having so many problems, the pcie clip for my gpu has snapped off, there is a mysterious bios password that I don't know of, I'm getting light indicators for debug on my cpu, and when I cancel my bios password input, all I get is a black screen. I need help very desperately, please

For the BIOS password, supposedly it just needs clear CMOS:
