Put together a new PC today. Inside of the CoolerMaster NR200P MAX.

Upon boot into BIOS they CPU is running crazy hot. No audible noise is being made from the pump block.

I tried unplugging/reseating the pump header and even moving it over to the other Fan header on the Mobo but nothing seems to work.

Any Ideas on things to try? Did I just get a dud pump block? Plz help troubleshoot this with me. Thanks for any advice & help!
