Black screen after updating GPU + Code Error 43 after restarting

Hello , so i was facing this problem with my graphic card "it was an old GPU i had back then in 2014" after i install the GPU drivers my screen turns black and i lose the single , after i restarted my pc , the pc did boot up but with low screen resolution , and when i checked my device manager , i found out that there was an error with my gpu : Error code 43 , i did all the methods possible on the internet : use DDU and install older version of the driver , use it on another motherboard , used windows version from windows 7 all the way up to windows 11 and still have the same error , so i did run MATS test on my gpu "MATS Diagnostic Tool - NIVIDIA MODS" , and it showed an error which i can't  translate or understand , perhaps its related to the GPU memory i guess? but i will provide the file here for you guys , i would be really thankful for your help.
