PreBuilt PC/Customization recommendations

Max Budget is 35k Lira (₺)/2k dollar

Tried to build a pc myself but too much of a headache in a place like turkey. this is the current build im eyeing (turkish site but using the google translate thing shouldnt cause problems):

if by some miracle anyone has any better builds that arent a pain in the arse to ship those would be appreciated too!
