G'day! Everyone, I've been having trouble lately with "Check with software publisher" popping up whenever I open anything. I've also noticed my mouse will suddenly start lagging so much you're able to watch it move every frame. It's only started to happened once my internet dropped once and now I can't find what's making it happen. I've cleaned my hard drives, sfc scan, checked for viruses and probably more I'm forgetting.

I need some more information, windows 10? legal version, student version? are you using some Microsoft product that are volume license?
