Windows 11 Login Loop

Hi this computer is not my computer I am working on but a customer of mine keeps coming back!
Whenever I work on the computer it never does the login loop where you login while using your computer it logs you out of you windows back at login screen. Then after second login computer goes hay wire. I had the customer show me a video because error never has happened when I work on it. They showed me a video I look into the Event viewer and found no errors at the time stamp of there video. 

 

Computer's Specs

HP Pavilion Desktop 590

CPU: i3-8100

RAM: 8 GB 1 stick

128 GB SSD

1 TB HDD Non-Raid

What I have done so far

1. Checked sleep settings
2. Checked power settings
3. Checked SSD for failure
4. System File Checker
5. Event Viewer
6. Virus scan nothing
7. Adjusted sleep settings to never
8. Reinstalled Windows 11 with USB drive

 

My solution was reverting back to windows 10 does anyone know how to fix this!

This is exactly why I recommend people stay away from windows 11. Reverting back to windows 10 is the perfect solution.

They also lost data off the main drive and windows 11 removed the feature that also you to auto-backup to second drive or external drive automatically
