Please help my computers acting up

So I got a pre-built as a gift from my grandparents nothing to bad good enough for what I wanted and some more but as I started playing on it the computer would randomly free for 10-30 seconds and than unfreeze, I was upgrading and testing new things out so I put a new psu inside of it, new ram and a old ssd I had sitting around that I knew was in good condition, after I switched these things out the computer continued to have freezing issues but as I’ve been playing more it happens a lot more frequently, and something else that’s new is every time I have chrome open it randomly quits the process and reopens it…..
