My first build... suggestions?

Hey there!

I'm looking to build my first ever PC in a few weeks/months and I would love some critiques/suggestions for this build I have: Custom Build

The PC will be used for gaming (GTA V, Call of Duty, RDR 2, and some more.) and it would be great if I could stream while playing. I also pentest a little using multiple VMs at a time.
I would be mostly playing in 1440p but the 4k monitor is nice for good looking games sometimes. 

 

I'm especially unsure about motherboard, case size, and PSU.

Same cpu since apparently the k and kf version are the same price, so why not have the igpu.

Kept the cooler. It's a great cooler but pretty expensive. A thermalright peerless assassin could do 90% of the cooling for half the price.

Pretty top of the line mobo on the b660 side, The z690 chosen is overpriced imo since you could get all of it's features for cheaper 

Same kit of ram but 3200 cl16 since its perfroms similarly but it's cheaper.

Cheaper ssd

Cheaper 3080 since that one is a bit expensive

Kept case since I do like the look of it. As well as it being pretty decently designed 

Good 850 watt psu

Slightly more expensive monitor since gigabyte Is pretty notorious for its terrible customer support and rma process
