My computer will randomly black screen during gaming and all inputs stop working. I still have in game audio and audio in discord but cannot talk back in Discord (maybe due to PTT and my mouse inputs not registering). I have checked event viewer and I don't seem to see anything there amiss (though I make no claims about my prowess in windows error messages). GPU temps do not seem to be the problem as my GPU hovers between 74 and 76 degrees while gaming.

the funniest thing about this signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it

The combination of a 750w power supply and a 3070 makes me wonder if maybe it’s a power problem. Memory problem is also a common one with that. Memtest86 might want to be run . It’s freeware though it’s not especially fast.  The video card has memory too though which that doesn’t test.  For power issues one would need to look at logs.  Not sure which ones.  Someone will know.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

I should also add that I have connected everything to a UPS to help ensure there isn't a power delivery problem to the PSU.

That won’t necessarily help.  A ups helps with power from the wall.

I ran Prime95 and Furmark concurrently for an hour without a failure as well

I don’t know how much memory those apps actually use though.  If they don’t use enough memory to hit the potentially buggered register it would look fine.  My memory is that Prime95 uses all available memory. It’s an old memory though.

Right. Just removing dirty power from the wall as a variable.

OK. I just ran MSI Kombustor and got a black screen. Not sure how to get any information from that though.

Sadly I know nothing about Kombuster.  There are people around here that do though.

Ok. It failed a second time. Maybe someone will pop in that can help since it seems to be reproducible.
