X470 internal USB headers

I have an MSI gaming X470 mobo and have used it for a few years now. Recently I moved my rig to a new case and now none of the internal USB headers work. I used to use a 240 aio and a corsair commander pro but neither will recognize on my pc now. I have moved it back to the original case with still nothing. Also have the latest BIOS. Still nothing. Thank in advance
