What are good lower end GPU's that come in low profile

My little brother's computer is a Dell optiplex 760 DT and now that GPU prices are looking normal I was thinking it be time to get him a 1050ti or something. When I looked I saw they are still running at high ($170+) prices on Amazon and Ebay. Is there somewhere to find a good cheap one for him? He wants to play Hat in Time, the newish spongebob remake and run Dolphin. Also no idea what to look for with AMD cards

The best you are going to get is a 1650 low profile the next thing is the 1050 ti, maybe non ti and gt 1030

True although as it's an optiplex it likely has support for only pcie gen 3 x16 and the 6400 is capped at 8 lanes but at gen 4 sdo it wouldn't be the best experience but it might work

Nvidia RTX A2000 low profile ? This card has 3328 CUDA cores with RT cores and Tensor cores (good for DLSS) and this card uses 70W (no PCIE cable needed)

 

The performance in the games is like RTX 3050 but it's not cheap like GTX 1650 😞
