I'm having constant BSODs while gaming help!

This is my second attempt writing, i will try to keep this brief:

Game in question is Monster hunter rise sunbreak, i have also crashed on another game
Most times it doesn't even show the bsod it gets interrupted, the one time it did show it it was the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
I switched the game from one drive to another
Windows 10 and nvidia drivers are up to date
I formatted windows which also undid any overclock I had on my CPU, no overclocks remain.
no minidumps were created, i have an event viewer to show this
I ran aida64 on everything for around 7 hours until it crashed, but my crashes happens in minutes of me start playing
I ran memtest and no issues, I also know i have no temp issues since when aida64 crashed the temps were fine.
Ran Heaven for around 4 hours and no crash, gpu load at 100% during all of it

PC specs:

Gigabyte 3070 OC
Asus TUF gaming x570 plus wifi
Ryzen 5600x
16gb 2x8 Crucial Ballistix RGB 3600 MHz

At this point I cant game anymore. I cant even pinpoint if its hardware what is it that magically by itself decided to get damaged. any guidance is appreciated.
