AIO or Wraith Prism?

Go to solution Solved by Motifator,

For all day everyday usage, I'd probably put in the 3900X. I'm still using mine clock a bit over 4.4 all core, doesn't break a sweat in much at all. Though the 5600g is based on the newer architecture and might be better suited for an ITX. Not all sure, it's a Tower 100, on the other hand. You might be able to cope with cooling the 12 core still... it's not an extremely hot CPU for what it's worth.

The EK AIO 120 is most likely better than the Wraith. I've done with the Wraith on this CPU for a while... it wasn't very great and was kind of loud.

Would recommend going push-pull if you could.

Hello!

First sorry for my bad english...

I am buidling a new system out of new and old parts and have already an EK AIO 120mm, a wraith prism and a wraith stealth lying around.

My System will be build in ThermalTakes The Tower 100. So it will be a ITX build.

I have as CPU a Ryzen 5600g

32GB DDR4 3200mhz

and a RTX 2080

I heard the cooling of my EK AIO 120mm will be the same as the Wraith Prism. Is that true? I think it's better to decipate the heat at the end of the case.

What can you recommend?

I don't want to buy a new cooler, because my budget is now empty.

Side question... I have a Ryzen 3900x here too. WIll this be better for gaming as the 5600g?
