Will a non-overclocked i9-12900K get hotter than a non-K regular i9-12900...?

Will a non-overclocked (never overclocked) i9-12900K get hotter than a non-K regular i9-12900...?

 

One is 65W, one is 125W...

Yes, a stock 12900K will run hotter than a 12900. The 12900K has higher voltage tables and higher clock speeds out of the box (not much higher, but higher).

Yes as stated. 12900K will get hotter do to higher clock, voltage but also higher alowed power draw. So yes, it will naturally run hotter and requires better cooling than 12900.
