Anti cheat causes full pc crashes

I have made a post similar to this in the past stating that when playing cod mw remaster my entire pc restarts upon startup, since then ive bought a new psu because i was told it was a power issue and still the same problem. i eventually gave up and refunded the game and played other games for months without a problem. today i tried playing apex legends and came to the same problem, then i noticed that the only games ive been having this problem with are games that use kernal level anti cheat.

is there a way i can fix this??
