Will 3080 ftw3 maintain undervolt with AB is closed and after reboot ?

If i use afterburner to undervolt my 3080 ftw3 will it maintain the undervolt after i close afterburner and even after pc reboots ? Thanks

8700k , 32gb ram , 2080 ti ftw3 ultra , msi gaming m5 , 7.1 kilpsch rp series , denon srh750 , sony 65x900f, 27tb's hdd's+ssd's , cooler master h500p modded case

No, you have to let afterburner run and start on boot

Enable start with windows and it will. But AB needs to be running in order for the settings to hold
