Based on some vids on YT benchmarking it, I highly doubt the 5600G can get 144hz on any of your listed games, even on 1080P.

If you want 144Hz, its a bare necessity to get a GPU.

Motherboard : ASUS TUF Z690-PLUS WIFI D4

GPU : Asus TUF RTX3070

Case : ThermalTake Core P3

Keyboard : D60 HHKB with Jwick Ultimate Black switches, G81-3000SAV PBT keycaps

They might be able to get away with it at like 720p, Low settings lol.

It's a 24" screen, I can't imagine the difference between 720p and 1080p would be all that noticeable for games.

I had to cut down SO much, and I'm still $50 over budget. You needed a graphics card for at least 1080p low-medium at 90-120fps. Luckily, 1650's are cheap now. You have to cut back on the CPU for an i3 10th Gen, NOT 12th Gen. Got an mATX case for the mATX motherboard, only 1 fan now instead of 3, better and cheaper PSU, slightly worse storage and slightly worse motherboard. I'm sorry, but for 1080p 144hz, this is near impossible UNLESS you can find like a i3/i5 10th/12th Gen cheap on eBay or even a GTX 1660 Super/RTX 2060 for a couple hundred.

With such a low budget and such high demands you have no option but to look at the used market.

Building a system around 8th gen Intel and vega 64/push for something like a 1080ti could get you the 144hz at medium settings. Of course then you have to worry about getting the right parts that aren't broken.

Used would probably be your best option. Some 2060tis have been floating around ebay for ~200 dollars so that might be a good catch
