Confused over BSOD issue

I made a post a while back about this but I’ve had some updates and it’s put me back to square one.

 

During games I’ve been having a lot of BSODs with “WHEA_Uncontrollable_error”

 

I looked in the event log and this was the error I was getting 
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort1. ( No raid setup, however multiple SATA and M.2 Ports have broke )

 

 

if I tried verifying files on multiple SSDS it would crash, same with running games on those drives.

 

i swapped the board and CPU back to my old x99 5820k and it’s working fine so i sent my MOBBO for an RMA however they’ve not been able to replicate the error.

 

Could it be my CPU? I’m fully out of ideas
