What is the workflow you're trying to do here. There are editors that can render/export like Davinci Resolve or basic transcoders like Handbrake. What exactly are you trying to do?

I want to render 1080p60 MP4 files to make file size smaller.

Probably Handbrake then. Though you may need to test and tweak to find settings which work for you.
