CSGO FPS ARE LOW

Hello guys, a friend of mine tried some of the amd radeon software configuration, and since then, his fps went to 70-60. He has a ryzen 7 3700x and an RX 580 8gb and 16gb of ram. Of course those fps aren't right for that type of hardware. He also reestablished the radeon configuration to fabric but still nothing changed. In eocket league he gets like 240 fps, but in csgo barely 70
