Hello there. Is this PSU decent? Is it enough for my system?

 

Xeon X5450 (120W TDP)

AMD Radeon R9 280X (250W TDP)

It definitely is a decent unit to use your own words. Not the best but nothing wrong with it for your build. You might be able to find some better options though, is this one in particular on sale or something?
