Connect multiple 3pin fans?

I have 4 3 pin fans (ARCTIC P12 Silent) but my motherboard only has 2 headers for 3 pin

Is there any way that i can connect all 4 in my motherboard?

Splitters or a hub. Both of these can be used with 3-pin fans.
