You can get an RX 6600 XT or RX 6600. Both will work great with a 10400. It's up to you if you want to spend extra on the 6600 XT or not since price/performance is similar. I didn't include an Nvidia option since that would be the 3050 which is quite a bit worse.

your best bet right now may be to go amd and I highly recommend the rx 6700 gpu here is a link it is a little above your budget by 30 bucks but it definitely worth it top spend that extra: https://www.amazon.com/PowerColor-Graphics-Powered-Raytracing-Infinity/dp/B08Y934HZQ/ref=sr_1_2?crid=L3KTMCZOG7OM&keywords=radeon+rx+6700&qid=1656717455&sprefix=radeon+rx+6700+%2Caps%2C140&sr=8-2&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.c3015c4a-46bb-44b9-81a4-dc28e6d374b3

ya that makes sense unless puppo would want to wait for the 3050ti which is honestly quite good
