iGpu + dGpu for multiple purposes

Ok, so I was wondering if I can use my integrated GPU and dedicated GPU at the same time, like for example: using IntelUHD for recording while playing a game on GTX1060.

Yeah it's possible, you can have Quicksync (the encoder found on the Intel UHD) for encoding a video recording then have the 1060 playing the game. It's not all that uncommon to use, though most of the time people just run everything off NVENC.
