OnePlus's Pathetic Software.

I had a article written but the incompetentence of the software division at one plus proved even more stupid, IT JUST DISAPEARED BEFORE MY VERY EYES?!?!?. I was in a vehicle with my family for a commute to a neighboring town and as they drove I wanted to listen to music on my headphones, can't connect. Went to reset my Bluetooth/Network settings which isn't even accessable from the Bluetooth menu...nothing. I updated the device and as of launching my custom icons are gone, my wallpaper, my app drawer EVEN WHOLE PHOTOS AND APPLICATIONS ARE JUST GONE AND STILL AFTER ALL THAT...nothing. I tested the headphones on all of my devices that I brought, they work just fine. At this point of my bs journey the commute is over, it's been over an hour of constant attempts and nothing. Absolutely pathetic. I see what Linus was warning us about. First games were releasing unfinished, now it's one plus's software...gtfo edit: as soon as I gave up and started to attempt to pair my earbuds the over ears AUTOMATICALLY PAIR EVEN THO I RESET ALL BLUETOOTH CACHE.........EXCUSE ME?!?!?!?!!!!!! Don't worry I still have something to complain about, I can't change individual icons anymore, just the pack presets. What's the point
