New pc I built keeps freezing!

So I posted this before and I'm still having issues. My pc constantly keeps reseting itself randomly. Be it while playing games or at the desktop. It used to also hard freeze and had to hold the power button to get it to restart but that hasn't happened in awhile. For some reason it seems to run better when my rgb is off and I tested if it's rgb software and sadly it's not. It did it without any software on the pc. I tested the power draw and it's nowhere near the capacity of my psu and all drivers are updated. Parts are all new.
