G7 OSD Issue

Hi all so I have a bloody annoying issue! As seen on the video my OSD button is being a little broken and has been send off once replaced and once "No fault found" now here is where it get's good! I made the G7 my second monitor just being lazy to move my G5 over for about a month and didn't get the issue once, the day I move the G7 back the next morning issue back!! Now I moved it back to position 2 since it's to bright and well I can't change it and bam! working as normal! I change nothing over no power HDMI/DP nothing only physical location and change it in windows and it works no issue. I'm stumped and sending it off doesn't help as they will just test it and say "No fault" Any idea at all?!

 

Monitor is a LC27G75TQSUXEN.

GPU is a 1660 Super

Windows 10 Pro build 19044.1766

Hardware issue I think.  Those joystick controllers were once called “hi hats” or “Atari style” because theyre not potentiometers.  They’re just membrane buttons in a ring.  Looks like you got a busted membrane button or lever.

 

can you return it under warranty?

Out of return but within repair warranty

Try push it gently with little energy left right up down not like the way you push in shaking way.
