I just got my first pc with a vega graphics card and a ryzen 5, i was looking to upgrade my pc and i would like some recommendations

Can you go into detail on what specs you got? This should give us an idea on what advise we can give you.

Processor: Ryzen 5 (1600? 2600?)
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200? 
Motherboard: Brand? Model?
Video card: Vega56? Vega64? Brand?

We could just say Ryzen 5950x and RTX 3090 Ti, surely that's an improvement in most cases.
