Go for a sub 40$ case like zalman s2

You should be able to find mid tier used b450 like pro4 <60$, i also suggest looking at x370/470 and see if there are any decent boards there, heck you may even be able to find a decent used b550 <100$

If you ever get interested in ram oc keep in mind the cpu is basically a 5600g but disabled igpu so you can expect upwards of 5000mhz with sync fclk (5000:2500)

On the whole not much.  It will work. That video card may not be powerful enough to drive that monitor at high refresh in games.  I notice there is no wifi.  Do you need it?   Also that full atx mobo is very well appointed, but you only use one of the pcie slots (two perhaps if you buy a wifi card for it.  You could get away with a microATX motherboard which may save you some money. Perhaps enough to move up to a 6600xt which might possibly be enough card for that monitor.  I’d actually kind of want to see a 6600xt or bigger on it.  All the games except  sea of thieves (of which I know very close to nothing) are light weight.  Single thread affairs.  There apparently is a methodology for actually OCing on b660.  I know almost nothing about that too.  If you do wind up OCing I suspect the stock cooler won’t be enough.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
